Clubs

Student Club offerings 2023-24

Student clubs provide an important sense of community at school and give you an opportunity to delve into interests of all kinds. Through our clubs we aim to connect our student body through shared interests, allow you to take on leadership roles, and give you the opportunity to explore new fields of learning. 

 

Here are the club offerings for the 2023-24 academic year:

 

Creative Expressions Club (Art):

ABOUT: This club aims to explore creative ways to express oneself through various artistic modes. It is open to students in Middle & High School.

ADVISOR: Sr Sara Kazmi

Crochet Club:

ABOUT: This club is for students who are interested in learning how to crochet. It is open to students in Middle & High School.

ADVISOR: Sr Saima Rizvi

Drama Club:

ABOUT: This club is for students who are interested in participating in a play. It is open to students in Middle School.

Green Club:

ABOUT: The Al-Hadi School Green Club will explore opportunities to grow gardens on our campus and raise awareness in our school about taking care of our environment. It is open to students in grades KG-12.

ADVISOR: Sr Shaheen Khan

Model UN Club:

ABOUT: This club is for students interested in learning about how the United Nations operates. It is open to students in High School.

MEETING DAYS: Alternate Fridays (every other week)

MEETING TIME: 3:30-4:15pm

STEM Research Club: NEW!

ABOUT: In this club students conduct research and experiments and have the opportunity to publish their work in a newspaper that will be shared with the whole school. This is a really good club for students who want to major in STEM related programs or who just want to conduct research.

WHO CAN JOIN: This club is open to students in grades 7-12.
