KG-12 Required Documents 2023-2024

Following supporting documents are required before the school will make any admission decision. 

1. Copy of Parents’ Driver’s Licenses

2. Copy of student’s Birth Certificate (if Birth Cert. is not available, please submit passport copy)

3. Recent Report Card copy (New Student 1st -12th Grade)

4. Original Transcript (for all High School credits earned)

5. Credit evaluation (required for all students applying from a foreign country or non-traditional institution within the US. The evaluation must be completed by an NACES-approved or a similarly credentialed organization)
