How to Apply

Information for New Families  

Registration for the 2021-2022 academic year is in progress. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis (provided there is space remaining in a class). Elementary classes fill up fast, so please submit applications as early as possible. Please call the office at 832-617-8363 x 2500 for more information about the application process. The first day of school for students for the 2021-2022 academic year will be August 23rd, 2021 for new students. Returning students will begin on August 24th, 2021.

Placement Testing

Students entering grades 1st-12th are tested in Language Arts and Mathematics to facilitate the placement decision. A testing fee of $100 is payable on the day of the placement test. Contact school registrar to schedule your child's placement test at

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). Payments can be made over the phone, please contact the Registrar at 832-617-8363 and follow the prompts.

New Enrollment

During the months of April, May, and June, new student families are required to complete the enrollment process, which includes:

  • Submitting all required documents 
  • Making payments for the admission fees and tuition (Please ensure that your email address/mailing address/contact info is current.)
  • Attend mandatory parent and student orientation sessions (see calendar).
  • Purchase uniforms, school supplies, set up lunch account.


Following supporting documents are required before the school will make any admission decision:


  1. Copy of Parents’ Driver’s Licenses

  2. Copy of student’s Birth Certificate (if Birth Cert. is not available, please submit passport copy)

  3. Recent Report Card copy

  4. Original Transcript (for all High School credits earned)

  5. Credit evaluation (Required for all students applying from a foreign country or non-traditional institution within the US. The evaluation must be completed by an NACES-approved or a similarly credentialed organization)
