If you discipline a child, leave him room to turn away from his wrong action so that you do not leave him with stubbornness as his only way out. - Imam Ali (as)

SPRINGBOARD continues to be the highly engaging, student centered, interactive and standards based curriculum. It offers a variety of rigorous assessment opportunities that measure growth in a complex set of skills and knowledge taught in each unit of instruction. It guides students to be critical thinkers and independent learners by allowing them to be metacognitive about their learning and self-assess their growth over time.

The springboard program features a carefully scaffolded and more systematic instruction in vocabulary and grammar. It has more explicit student instruction in the processes of reading and writing with a stronger connection to the AP Skills and Knowledge.

Students learn skills and master strategies to better understand and analyze challenging texts, to write with clarity and voice, to speak and listen in order to communicate effectively with others, and to view media with critical intelligence.
